It appears they may be moving away from "Zendik" and more towards "Wulfsong Ranch" which is registered as a non-profit Corporation in West Virginia (in November 2011) under the same charter as Zendik Arts. The only person who registered a website, ossabawislandhogs.com , is a fellow named Eric Taylor who gives an e-mail addy of erim@zendik.org. Eric Taylor is also listed as VP of Zendik Arts and Wulfsong Ranch (the same entity technically but with different names)

So it is moving away from arts and towards farm animals.

No matter what the name, the foundation still pays rent to the estate of Arol Wulfing. I am not sure how they handle the improvements made to the property by the foundation for the landlord. Here in NYC many petty politicians get arrested when their pet "non-Profit" is used for the sake of refurbishing their house or paying for their vacation. I would guess that the non-profit wing of the Wulfing empire would have to get paid from the Feudal overlords for labor and materials and at a fair price since the Lord lives among the serfs.

Many places have laws that state that if a tenant improves a property they are legally renting then they can later sue to pay the difference and own that property. But I am not sure of W. VA. law on this matter and most times this has been successful the tenent has to show a request in writing for a needed improvement, then show it was not done, then show they did it at their expense.

It should be interesting to see how this all falls apart.
